1. About SnoutHood
SnoutHood is a free, non-commercial social platform for pet owners and animal lovers. It is run as a personal hobby project and is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime or availability.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content You Post
By posting photos, text, or other content on SnoutHood, you confirm that you own or have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your content. You grant SnoutHood a licence to display it on the platform. Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, or belongs to someone else without permission.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use SnoutHood to spam, harass other users, scrape data, or impersonate someone else. Automated access (bots, crawlers) is not permitted without prior written consent.
5. Pet Sitting & Bookings
SnoutHood facilitates connections between pet owners and sitters but is not a party to any agreement between them. Any arrangement made through the platform is solely between the users involved. SnoutHood accepts no liability for any outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
SnoutHood is a hobby project with no commercial backing. It is provided free of charge and without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
